Multi-Property auctions, conducted at least twice a month countrywide, attract large crowds due to the variety of properties on offer. This, in turn, delivers excellent prices to the seller. Multi-Property auctions provide sellers with the opportunity to offer various properties for auction at the same time. Certain properties, however, may benefit from a single-property sale, which is easily arranged.
Aucor frequently extends its expertise in the industry to brokers and agents through our Broker Participation Program. Where a broker could sell a client’s property more efficiently and successfully at auction, Aucor will assume the sale of this property by auction. In this case, Aucor is happy to share commission with the broker concerned.
Where it is apparent that a property will fetch a higher price once refurbished, Aucor will advise the client in terms of the best partners or suppliers to assist with such work, and the manner in which a property should be touched up.
Where the client would prefer not to sell on auction, Aucor is expertly equipped to sell property via private treaty.
