Detailed description:
The subject property is situated in Wadeville, which is an industrial township.
As such the area is characterized primarily by fairly large single industrial
properties and mini-units. Wadeville is a well developed and established area, but
there is still some land available.
There are a number of industrial areas surrounding or in close proximity of
Wadeville.
Access to the Wadeville is obtained via Dekema and Osborne Streets, which are
main thoroughfares. The N17 Highway is accessed from Osborne Street. Black
Reef Street can be accessed from Dekema Street. From Dekema Street, the N3
Highway can be accessed via either Nederveen Street or Grey Street.
Wadeville is situated fairly close to both Alberton C.B.D. and Germiston C.B.D.
Access to Germiston C.B.D. is via Osborne Street and Webber Street.
Access to Alberton C.B.D. is via Dekema Street, Black Reef Street and Nederveen
Street, which runs into Heidelberg Street.
Access to the subject property is obtained via Osborne Street, into Sheffield Street
or Guthrie Street. The subject property is situated on the corner of Sheffield and
Guthrie Streets, with the physical entrance to the property in Guthrie Street. As
these are side streets, the property does not enjoy good exposure.
